Welcome to the website operated by Blastrow (“Blastrow”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This page explains the terms by which you may use our website and associated services (the “Site” and “Services”).

By accessing or using blastrow.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Agreement”), and you acknowledge that you’ve read and understood our Privacy Policy, whether or not you make a purchase.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site or purchase Services (“Users”).

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE OR MAKING A PURCHASE.

Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Site or purchasing Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.

Acceptable Use

Do not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Site or Services.
Do not use automated scripts or scraping tools to extract data.
Do not interfere with the functionality, integrity, or availability of the Services.
Do not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Customer Data

You retain full ownership of your data. By uploading or transmitting any data to Blastrow, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use such data solely for the purpose of delivering the Services you have purchased.
Any personal information shown in onboarding emails is not stored, processed, or retained by Blastrow. This information is visible only to you and is never saved on our servers unless explicitly submitted.
Your personal data, along with any promotional materials or creative assets, will only be stored on our servers after you click the “Confirm and Send” button. Until that action is taken, no data is stored or accessible by us.
After submission, your data is used exclusively for the delivery of the purchased Services. All such data is retained for a maximum of 365 days from the date of submission and is permanently deleted thereafter. Your data is not used for analytics, marketing, or any other secondary purpose.

Service Availability and Modifications

We may modify or discontinue Services at any time without notice. While we strive to ensure uptime, we are not responsible for temporary unavailability due to maintenance or external factors.

No Warranty

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the results, accuracy, or availability of Services.

One-Time Purchase Model

Blastrow operates on a one-time payment model. No subscription is required. You pay once for the service you request. We do not offer recurring billing or account-based services.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds are available only for card-based transactions, including payments made via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and only for services that have been previously delivered or partially delivered
We do not offer refunds for any orders where the total amount is less than $25, regardless of reason.
For orders of $25 or more, customers may submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of the original transaction. Each request must be submitted via our support channel and include the order number and reason for the request. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the original purchase. We do not issue refunds via cash, check, or alternative payment methods.
Refund amounts will never exceed the original order value and are issued in the same currency as the original payment.
Refunds usually take 7 to 14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your issuing bank.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests for:
- orders under $25
- services that have already been fully delivered and confirmed
- repeated or abusive refund behavior
- any violations of these Terms

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion and without notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
